About the event

Come along to a Field Day on Tuesday September 13. Researchers from Southern Cross University’s Regenerative Agriculture Alliance (RAA) have been trialling multispecies cover crops in subtropical horticultural plantations (coffee, avocado and macadamia), as part of a program funded by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF). Learn about tracking soil health, using cover crops in perennial horticultural crops, and beneficial insect populations. Spaces are limited so RSVP early to avoid disappointment, email pip.davenport@scu.edu.au by September 8, with any dietary requirements. Wear sturdy covered shoes and sun/rain protection as we will be outside walking on the farm.
